The 4th International Translog 2012 Conference will be held on October 15-16, 2012 and is Presented by the McMaster Institute for Transportation and Logistics (MITL) and Supply Chain and Logistics Association Canada (SCL).Fatemeh's paper is titled "A Structural Translog Direct Demand Model for Interurban Commodity Distribution".

Joe Chow appointed as the co-chair of the subcommittee on Research Needs in AT015: Freight Transportation Planning and Logistics Committee at TRB

In this capacity, he is also going to be the committee liaison with TRB on research. The sub-committee is expected to lead in developing problem statements for the AT015 committee to submit to the TRB system by coordinating between the committee members and friends. The other co-chair is Dr. Kuilin Zhang from Argonne National Lab.
